Situated 55 km from Lisbon (35 minutes drive), 20 Km from Santarém, 40 Km from Óbidos, 70 Km from Nazaré and Fátima, and 75 km from Sintra it is an ideal base for visiting Portugal. The house: •Accommodates 8 people in 4 rooms (9 people with extra bed); •Comfortably furnished; •Tv and DVD; • Wi-Fi Internet; •Bed linen and bath towels provided; •Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge and dish washer; •Wheelchair accessible; •Washing machine; •Large garden; •Swimming Pool. Great for families with children or groups of friends who want to enjoy quiet holidays. Guests have exclusive access to the house, the property around the house, and to the swimming pool. The maximum number of guests allowed is 9. We receive the guests in person and we are always reachable by phone, or email. Situated in an idyllic rural setting, 35 minutes drive from Lisbon. Close to Cartaxo, Aveiras and Santarém, where the guests can find several nice restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. It is required car to reach the house. The house has almost everything that you need to live in. BUT pool towels would be good to bring with you. These we do not have. Children should not be left alone playing in the property (far from the house). If children do not know how to swim, be extremely careful with the swimming pool (in front of the house and not protected).
