Twin Room in Beautiful London Home
Hello and welcome! After 9 years of Airbnb hosting in my previous home which was much in demand (read the reviews!) I've moved to the other side of London to a beautiful home in a small town, surrounded by countryside, on the edge of London. Good transport links make the journey to the centre of London very manageable. The house is spacious and comfortable with many features . Plus there is a huge garden and off street parking if you come by car. Shops are 2 minutes away. The advantages of renting a room in my place : 1)Reasonable rent. Why pay more, possibly much more, for a room in Central London when a bus and a train can take you into Central London within the hour. 2)Spacious and comfortable accommodation. 3)A house full of features and character. 4) A safe, friendly ambience. 5)A huge garden where you can sit and chill out! It even has a Victorian lamp post and a water fountain! 6)Very near bus stop. 8)Very convenient for shops. 9)Off street parking subject to availability. 10) Use of a 46inch flat screen tv, free wifi, washing machine and dryer. 11)Guests have full use of the kitchen, sitting room and dining room. 12)There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath and shower. 13)A key is provided for the front door so you can come and go as you wish. 14)An experienced host who has been successfully hosting Airbnb guests for the past 9 years...read the reviews! Please note 1)There is an additional charge of £8 per night for a second person. 2)I can, if required, provide meals as an optional extra (cooked English breakfast £5, light breakfast £3, other meals £7) but otherwise I am happy to provide tea, coffee, etc at no charge. 3)Guests also have free use of washing machine and dryer (including soap powder) once a week. Longer term guests may wash (without charge) their bedding every two weeks. Guests are encouraged to use the clothes line for drying in warmer weather. 4) I CAN ONLY CONSIDER BOOKING REQUESTS WHERE APPLICANTS HAVE VERIFICATIONS (INCLUDING OFF-LINE ID), PROFILE AND PHOTO. The photo should be a clear photo of all guests and not a photo of a cuddly toy or pretty landscape! Please contact Airbnb or go to "Help" at the top of the page if you need assistance with any of the requirements. Happy to interact with guests. Convenient for shops and public transport. Plenty of countryside nearby.
