A beautiful 3 bedroom house set on the edge of the peak district in the village of Kniveton, close to the market town of Ashbourne. Ideally located for nearby attractions & activities including; Carsington Water, Chatsworth House, Alton Towers, High Peak Trail & Tissington Trails, Buxton, Cromford, Matlock Bath, Peak Wildlife park. The property is spacious, with a fast internet fibre connection, enabling working from home / fast media streaming. Perfect for holidays or for between house moves Ideal for families, couples and friends to meet up. Off road parking for several vehicles at the side of the cottage. The Space - Private, 3 bedroom cottage which is well equipped for your stay. All bed linen, towels etc are included, the cottage is fully centrally heated, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is a patio area to the rear to sit/eat outside on sunny days. We have recently added a 35Mbps Fibre connection to enable media streaming and the usage of multiple devices. We offer competitive rates for people wishing to rent for a few weeks in-between house moves without all the requirements of short term leases. Ample parking for two to three cars. We also have two externally secured wall mounted cycle locking points. Entire property Guest Access - Collect the keys from the keysafe on arrival. We live round the corner from the cottage and will always be available during your stay for help or advice. We will provide you with our address details and mobile numbers, should you need us. We love being so close to Carsington Water, only two miles away. The reservoir is ideal for walking, around eight miles all the way round. There is a lot of nature to see and beautiful views. For children, there is a large play area, wooden carving trail, inside interactive displays and always seasonal activities. There is a good selection of shops, two lovely cafes and an excellent ice cream shop. A car is recommended for getting around. The Peak District is ideal for walkers, with many walking routes nearby. We only use Natural Biodegradable cleaning products and consumables, such as hand wash, shampoos, washing up liquid and laundry detergents. These are also refilled when necessary to help reduce plastic waste.
