Do you want to leave the quiet area of the the city for a while, you will be in Gothenburg city within 30 minutes. We offer a unique living environment with a tasteful and very well maintained home in a total of 105 m² spread over four rooms and a kitchen. We also offer a guest house, a wood burning hot tub and an electric sauna. The house is a fully equipped permanent residence with dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV / Internet, underfloor heating, wood burning stove and one bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 1 -one double bed (180cm) Bedroom 2 -one single bed (90cm) Bedroom 3 -one bunk bed (90cm x 2) Guesthouse - one double bed (160 cm) The property is well suited for two families, 4 adults and 2-3 children or 4-5 adults. We will meet you up during you arrival och will go through everything you will need to know about the house. The place is a old summer house area. The nature is perfect for walks and hiking with al lot of great view spots. 7 minutes with car to the train station in Kode, the train to Gothenburg city will take 25 minutes. If you go by car to Gothenburg City from the house it will take 30 minutes . Its space for 3 cars outside the house. You have 5 minutes by car to the nearest food shop and 15 minutes to a bigger supermarket. The hot tub is wood burning and takes about 3 1/2 hours to burn up to 38-40 degrees based on following the instruction (which requires refilling wood two times per hour). Filling the hot tub with water takes 1 1/2 hours. The sauna goes on electricity and takes 10-15 minutes to get warm. The house must be left clean and in the same condition as on your arrival. The cleaning includes all facilities (cleaning instructions and cleaning equipment are available in the house).
