Park View Cottage is an end-of-terrace cottage lying in the village of Afonwen near Caerwys in North Wales. Hosting two bedrooms; one king-size and one twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen and a living room/diner with an open fire and an electric fire. To the rear is an enclosed courtyard with seating, with parking available on the road. Park View Cottage offers a lovely spot in North Wales for a peaceful break. Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire and electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Smart TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Enclosed rear courtyard with seating. One well-behaved dog welcome. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 1.1 miles. Note: The stairs are cantered at the bottom so could be difficult for someone with reduced mobility. Note: There is another separate garden with seating but this won't be ready for use until May. Please note: Stairs canter to the right slightly. Town: Caerwys is, surprisingly for its size, a town resting in North Wales, granted a Royal Charter in 1290, it's one of the smallest towns in Great Britain. Offering two pubs, a few shops, a Post Office and a scattering of local businesses, this little settlements provides all you need for a wonderful self-catered stay. Venture out to nearby Llandudno, Talacre, and Prestatyn for stretches of sandy beach along the coast, and find history and culture within the Roman City Walls of Chester.
