Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained home providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 people in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub. Crestyl Cottage boasts a fabulous super king bed with luxury bedding, towels, dressing gowns and slippers. A 50 inch smart tv, broadband, a comfortable sofa, a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dish washer and a shower room. The beautiful village of Sarratt has everything you need...gastro pubs, village shop providing all your essentials, post office, garage, and stunning walks and views. We are conveniently located to Leavesden, Elstree and Pinewood studios, a 10 min drive to the M25 and the nearest train station with direct lines into London. Weekend check in on Friday. Guests have plenty of space for free on site parking for 2 cars. There is a step up to the main private entrance. We live on site at the Watercress farm in a totally separate house. We are always available for help and advise. Crestyl Cottage is located on our watercress Farm. Our family have worked the land alongside the River Chess, Sarratt where we have cultivated watercress for 130 years. Crestyl is now the only working watercress farm on the Chess, one of originally 19 beds between Sarratt and Chesham, and the sole survivor in the whole of the Chilterns. Crestyl Cottage is located in Sarratt. A 15 minute drive to Harry Potter Studios. 10 minute drive from junction 18 on the M25. Underground train station into London from Chorleywood station (10 min drive with taxis available at the station). Pubs are a 5 min drive or 20-30 min walk. *WEEKEND CHECK IN ON FRIDAY. *THIS COTTAGE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN DUE TO THE DEEP WATERS SURROUNDING THE COTTAGE.*
