Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, boasting with charter. Fully decorated throughout to high specification, no expense spared, immaculate. Private entrance and road with a beautiful private picturesque garden to rear, with decking area and a spacious lawn, alongside a gravelled drive for two vehicles. Lovely location with walking distance to all amenities, including, pubs, restaurants, & local transport routes. The stunning Stewart park is directly opposite. This period property dates from 1836, and is one of Middlesbroughs protected buildings for historic importance. The beautifully structured victorian house boasts of defined features, with its original internal and external doors and cast iron fireplaces as well as its original window inside the extension. The houses an extension to the kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and sky lights, with its original windows recess. The modern kitchen has oak worktops and a breakfast bar with 4 stools as well as a utility cupboard, microwave, induction oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, cutlery, lots of utensils, wine glasses, tumblers etc and much more. A real home from home! feel. Living room and diner: The living room and diner is very spacious indeed! The dining and living room are separate, both very homely and decorated throughout with farrow and ball paint and harlequin wall covering. The property has a luxury wool carpet running through with crystal chandeliers, Oak dining table and chairs as well as a build in cosy cushioned seating area, perfect for relaxing after dinner. The large living room has a cosy sofa, and puffee, open fire and top of the range 60" Panasonic plasma. The hall way has a period tiled floor as well as its original front door with original wrought iron fixtures ( beautiful). The stairs has a sturdy wood handrail leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom was once a bedroom so as you can imagine it is very spacious, with a large walk in shower and bath, all newly fitted bathroom suite with fresh soft white cotton towels. Both bedrooms are double, however one room is slightly bigger with a large wardrobe as well as a walk in wardrobe, dressing table, chair and mirror and bedside drawers, so plenty of room for your attire! One room has a beautiful kingsize bed with memory foam top mattress and the other is a double with is full memory foam ( incrediably comfy) both premium and unblemished, with luxury cotton bedding. Both bedrooms have an original cast iron fire place, in which are no longer in working order, more of a feature. Both bedrooms freshly decorated decorated in farrow and ball and harlequin wall covering. Overall a beautiful cosy, period yet contemporary home. The property had a private road to the rear, there are 12 houses on the terrace that have access to this road, so it is very private. There is a beautiful historic church at the end of lane, the church bells ring every Sunday at 10am if you get the pleasure of hearing them on your stay, heart warming. It has a lovely small community spirit, respectful and welcoming neighbourhood. I do ask all my guests to be respectful and consider the neighbourhood, as it is a beautiful quaint, unique sort after location and I am sure you will love it as much as I do!
