Small but nice terrace for sun therapy with 2 sun beds etc. Chimney top , solar panel and a reserve fresh water tank (black box) although there is a central fresh water supply system from the town. You can reach the building by car (to load or unload things) but because of the narrow roads , you usually park the car a little distance further.
