A few km - 11 km to be exact - from the historic center of the city of L'Aquila, immersed in the green countryside of Abruzzo and near the river Raio, there is your own corner of tranquility. If you are looking for an accommodation that offers you more freedom of movement and greater discretion, then you are in the right place! The "Alloggio del fiume", one of the three available to guests, is a mini apartment completely renovated and furnished with the taste and pleasure of things "once". It has a private entrance that overlooks the garden of the house. The kitchenette and breakfast station is organized to allow guests to take advantage of breakfast as they wish. We are reachable from Rome by the Tornimparte exit of the A24 motorway and from L'Aquila and Pescara by the SS17 leading to Rieti. Many possibilities for trekking on paths that exceed 1300 m.s.l.d.m. immersed in the green pastures and offering breathtaking views of the Gran Sasso d'Italia. Despite being in a quiet area, we are close to the university of Coppito and the Guardia di Finanza School Inspectors and Superintendents of L'Aquila, Sanofi-Aventis, the regional hospital San Salvatore, the hospital garrison "Villa Letizia", several retirement homes for the elderly. The area is completely served by supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, pharmacies with 24 hour service, shopping centers, gas station, banks and post offices.
