Beautiful family home set in the heart of a pretty village on the Hampshire / Wiltshire border. There is fantastic walking in the area, with lovely pubs and places to visit. Our south west facing garden has a superb terrace with seating for 8 people and a heated swimming pool, open May to September. Iron Pear Tree Cottage is a beautiful cottage, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The cottage is 70 minutes from London and a 10 minute drive from Andover, where there is a direct train to London Waterloo. 8 miles from stunning Stockbridge 17 miles from Marlborough. 20 miles from Winchester. For historical lovers, Stonehenge is a 20 minute drive away. There is full Sky Sports in the sitting room plus 2 other digital televisions (kitchen and master bedroom). We have just been upgraded to Fibre Broadband and have wifi boosters. There is an area of the house yet to be renovated so this area is not listed as available to use. There is a welcome pack in the kitchen but you can always contact us if you need anything further. This property has off road parking for 3 cars. We have a large garden with football and rugby goals and a tree house in the adjoining field. There is outside seating for 8 people, a fire pit for chillier evenings and a gas barbecue.
