This lovely quiet, south-facing room overlooks the garden and the nearby park. It is decorated to feel calm and comfortable for you to have a relaxing space to stay while visiting Birmingham. You will have access to a spacious family bathroom with separate bath and shower for exclusive use by Airbnb guests. (We list 3 rooms so may have other Airbnb guests staying) Close to transport links there is ample free on-street parking. Welcome to our 1920s Arts and Crafts home! This beautiful period home is full of character, but updated and modern in all its conveniences. Our comfortable garden view bedroom includes a double bed, desk, wardrobe, ample shelving and cupboard space, plus great wifi. Airbnb guests have exclusive use of the large family bathroom with a separate bath and shower space. Your bedroom view is overlooking a mature and meandering garden, as well as the local park. Your double bed with luxurious deep mattress will accommodate two, if required. Please note this is a fully non-smoking space. We prefer to not host smokers as the smell of smoke could linger for future guests. Guests have access to their room, a lovely spacious bathroom just for guests and a convenient kitchenette on the landing outside the bedroom. Although this is a family home, your space is your own and we respect your need for quiet and relaxation. You will be offered high quality linens and fluffy towels. Anything further you require, just ask! Please note we do not provide breakfast, although we keep the landing area stocked with tea and coffee. You will have ample space and shelving in your room and on the landing to store your own food/milk, etc. For a quick bite, you will have your fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave just outside your door on the first floor landing. Moseley is a funky, Bohemian village, winner of the annual Village in Bloom awards for many years, and winner of one of the best Farmer's Markets in the region (3rd Saturday of the month). We have many wonderful and unique restaurants, cafés and bars, plus our home is just 25 minutes walk to the bustling Moseley Village Square. We are also close to Kings Heath which boasts a large live music scene and loads of new restaurants for your every whim. A 5 minute walk will get you to regular buses (2, 12) which are just a further 10-20 minutes to the city centre/trains (4 miles). Taxis are about £7 to the city centre.
