Its location provides a panoramic southern view of the Aegean Sea due to its amphitheatric location in the valley of Agios Petros. At Saint Peter’s beach , one of the most famous beaches on the island just 800m away from the villa, with many other superb beaches located just a short drive away ,one is bound to fully enjoy the turquoise waters of the Aegean. Located in between the port of Gavrion (Km) and the picturesque coastal town of Batsi(Km)it ideally provides absolute privacy and tranquility combined with close proximity to all the lively centers on the northern side of the island. There one can find bars, cafes, as well as local shops with handmade items from the islanders. On the estate you will find a the 7x14m (depth) sparkling swimming pool with an adjacent grass area ideal for a variety of fun activities such as croquet, badminton, Bowls (provided). The garden level is designed to be autonomous from the rest of the villa making it ideal for guests travelling with help, or parents looking for some privacy from their youngsters.
