'Little b by the sea' is a 1 bedroom, beautifully appointed interior designed, ground floor property in Marazion within a 5 minute level walk from beaches and RSPB marsh. Sleeps up to 4 guests with a king-size bed and large sofa bed in the living area. The property is heated by under floor heating making it cosy all year round. A little jewel, tucked away from the busyness of the town with its own parking space directly outside the property (and a second parking space can be negotiated with the owner). Relax in your own private surroundings and enjoy the benefits of a hot tub and a quiet, sunny outside space. Bedding and robes provided (please bring your own towels). A washing machine is also provided along with airer and ironing facilities. The property includes a fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and integral microwave. Marazion is a beautiful, old market town with a selection of galleries, shops and award winning restaurants, which sits at the base of St Michaels Mount, one of the main attractions for visitors to Cornwall. At low tide the causeway is revealed and accessible by foot in order that you may walk across and explore the castle and its grounds. At high tide it is accessed via small motor boats. Little b by the sea is situated on a designated bicycle route, coast paths and RSPB Marsh. Three bikes are available for use.
