Hunger Hill Farm Studio - Derbyshire Dales

Set in the Derbyshire Dales in a rural location is our lovely self contained studio. Glorious views over rolling countryside and very close to Chatsworth House and Stanedge Golf Club, you are guaranteed a peaceful stay here. With a lovely country pub, the very popular wedding venue of the Peak Edge Hotel within walking distance and the beautiful market towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Chesterfield (with its famous crooked spire) close by you can easily explore the Derbyshire Dales from here. Completely self contained and fully equipped, the studio sleeps 4 people in a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. Fully equipped en-suite shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. Guests can enjoy the beautiful country surroundings including a large field which is perfect for recreation, private parking area and patio area. There is a Zappi charging point (type 2 plug) for electric vehicles on site. We are generally around at weekends and during the week to help ensure that you have the best experience at the Studio. Close proximity to the lovely market towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Chesterfield and the historic Chatsworth House make this area well worth visiting at any time of year. Particular highlights include the illuminations at Matlock, the Christmas market at Chatsworth, the spectacular caverns (Blue John, Speedwell and Peak Cavern) at Castleton, the Country fair, RHS Flower Show and International Horse Trials at Chatsworth and Stanedge Golf Club. Excellent walking, mountain and road biking opportunities in the Peak District from our front door. Pets are allowed but please seek our permission first - we charge an extra fee of £10 per pet to cover additional cleaning costs and this is payable when you arrive.
