The rest of the rural building, not for rent, is uninhabited and is used for the storage of our farming tools. The house is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove (of approx. 10,000 square meters) which is fenced and secured by a sliding gate. All on an amazing hill where you can appreciate the colours of the mountain and of the sea. There are no other houses around, so your privacy is assured. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with pots, plates, dishware and linens. It also has kitchen with electric oven, fridge, espresso machine, washing machine, mobile air conditioning, fireplace, TV. The apartement can accommodate two, max three persons. The use of the big courtyard and of the barbecue (for any grilling) is allowed. In this space you can accommodate your pets. The apartment is located about 3 km from the town of Rossano, 3 km from the modern and well-known Acquapark and only 4 km from the sea, where you can enjoy the free beaches or the several and well equipped bathing beaches.
