The area is surrounded by parks and close to the circular 14 mile cycle route. The accommodation is entirely self contained, with off street parking and own private access. It consists of an entrance hall leading to a king bedroom with en suite shower room with an additional south facing sitting room with dining/work space. Everything you need is close at hand Highly desirable area, achieving the most value. Neighbouring homes all very well looked after and very friendly neighbourhood. Professional family homes near very sought after schools. Walking distance from town, on bus routes and cycle routes yet quiet and very green & leafy as sits within protected parkland. Off street parking on drive. The bus routes are very close at the end of the residential street. Near Colchester train station. Whilst this is listed as a couples rental, there is space for children in the sitting room - however please do let us know your intentions before you book so we can be sure to accomodate.
