Spacious apartment of 100m², 2 bedrooms, shower, bathtub in a quiet location with a large garden Flat: We completed our friendly, 100 m² non-smoking apartment after a complete renovation at the end of 2015 in a modern standard, it is located on the ground floor of our house. A parking space is available directly at the house. The bright entrance area with wardrobe connects the spacious living room with the open kitchen on an area of approx. 58 m². The living room has a sofa with a sleeping function, a dining area with 4 chairs and gives access to the terrace. Your entertainment is provided by a 50 inch LED TV (DVB-T) and a stereo system with USB / MP3, radio and CD. W-LAN reception is available free of charge in the apartment. The modern kitchen has a counter as a dining area with three chairs and is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, Fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave fully equipped.
