This is a large split level home in a quiet community. There are 4 suites total within the home for guests to rent, a shared eat-in kitchen, laundry room, and a shared rec/workout/all purpose space in the center of the home. The back yard is fenced in. It has a patio with table and chairs, and a koi pond to enjoy. There is a driveway as well as on-street parking available in front of the house. Guests are given a unique code to unlock the front door when they arrive, which is to be used for the duration of their stay. The neighborhood is located right off of the 83 exit on Timonium Rd and very easy to get to by car. The house is located at the dead-end of the street. Nearby is a field, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, and the local elementary school. It is a shady, well established middle and upper middle class neighborhood where you will see a lot of people walking, jogging, and riding their bikes until well after sunset. It's quiet and the neighbors are fairly friendly. There is lots of shopping and dining nearby, as well as the Maryland State Fairgrounds. Easiest way to get around is by car. There is a light rail station very close by that can take you into Baltimore City. The home is located off of Timonium Rd exit on 83, very close to York Rd and 695, which are the main arteries to get around the Baltimore area
