Appartment near Legoland and Ulmer Münster

The 67 m² apartment is located in Holzheim and is about 10 minutes from Neu-Ulm. It consists of: 2 bedrooms 1 kitchen 1 living and dining area 1 bathroom. The apartment is also infinitely and ground floor. In the village there is a butcher, a bakery, an inn with beer garden, a brewery with beer garden, a doctor, a bank and two garages. You also have fast access to the A7 and A8 motorways. Our farmhouse was build before 1920 and is now owned by the fourth generation of our family. The apartment was inserted in 2004 in the existing residential building. Previously this was a cowshed. This is where i spend my entire childhood and i would like to share it with you guys. You have your own apartment with terrace access. Don't be afraid to use them. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. The people in my village are very friendly and easy-going. Our neighbourhood is very calm. There is only a bus line 78. This line has the endstations Weißenhorn or Ulm. It depends on which side you are standing.
