The house is located in a rural area where much can be seen from ancient times. Beautiful villages and large castles. It is also a upcomming wine region where great wines are for sale. The house sits on a hill in the village of Figueira e Barros and next to the church. In the house you will find comprehensive information on what to see and experience. It is simply beautiful. In the adjecent village of Avis there is a public bus connection with Lisbon (cheap and fast). In the town itself, there is a taxi available. In the small village (400 inhabitants) there is a small shop and cafes where all necessary groceries can be achieved. For the larger shopping you need to take a 30 minutes drive to the beautifull town of Estremoz.
