Secluded Private Cottage in Woodland -Huge Garden

This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The extensive mature garden of 0.9 acres boasts beautiful trees and fauna which is nestled in woodland which you can take long country walks within. It is home to various species of birds and deer, a safe place for children to play, explore and burn off energy. The house is old in Tudor style cozy, and bright. The house has a mix of rustic and modern furniture. In view of Covid, we steam every surface before each new guest arrives. The setting is very private and very beautiful. There is a king size room plus two smaller bedrooms one with single bed, another with two single beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sitting room. All areas of the property is yours. I will greet on arrival.. Very quiet setting in Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding beauty. Great public transport to London (50 mins) or the south coast (40 mins). Very good road access to London or the coast. We highly recommend two country pubs in nearby villages which serve excellent food The house has wood floors throughout downstairs, great for pets. We have comfortable and cosy dining room with Laura Ashley sofa. The two single beds in bedroom two are actually a day bed with a pull out bed that is stored underneath for convenience.
