The cosy beamed attic contains the bedroom, landing-com-study/dressing area and wet room/bathroom. Sleeps two upstairs in the bedroom. There’s also a sofa bed downstairs. The self-contained and private Coach House is great for a romantic weekend, staycations or a working-from-home alternative with the 30MB+ WiFi broadband with dedicated desk and working area. When you need a break, there’s a wealth of country walks from right outside the front door. Full electric underfloor heating throughout and sunny outdoor seating area. Newly converted with wooden floors and sparkling clean with an enhance COVID sanitation regime between guests with particular attention to frequently touched areas. Fibre broadband, WiFi, Apple TV, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc and an outside seating are as shown in the photos. There’s even a sunny sitting are right outside the door. We’ll even find you a private area within the 1.5 acre garden, orchard, wood or open area. The Coach House is adjacent to the House and we are on-hand for help and advice, but never intrude - your privacy is paramount. The usual Airbnb tea, coffee, linen, towels etc are provided to make your stay easy. Anything else, just let us know! Waddesdon Village is a short walk away and includes a village shop, the Rothschild Five Arrows Hotel, restaurant & bar, two local pubs as well as the Waddesdon Manor Dairy - a wedding venue. Plenty of walks, from easy to more ambitious with wonderful scenery across the Grade I Rothschild Estate and private roads that surround the Coach House. Aylesbury Vale Parkway station is 3 miles away (drive or use the cycle path) with hourly trains to London. Bicester Village is 15 minutes by car and Oxford 30 minutes. Plenty of good walking and cycling from right outside the door and electric bikes available in the Waddesdon Manor car park, just a short walk away. The Coach House is perfect for a romantic escape, a visit to Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor & their wine tastings and other events as well as a convenient place to stay if you are invited to an event at the Waddesdon Dairy. It's also a great working from home change of scene with the fast broadband. With the station just 3 miles away, you can even fit in a trip to London. Bring your bike as there is an excellent safe cycle path with pub at the end or hire one of the electric bikes in the Waddesdon Manor car park - just a short walk away and £1.50 for the first hour and 50p/hr thereafter.
