Villa on Holstein's Baltic coast with 3 lovingly furnished apartments in a maritime country house style. The over 100 year old century villa is set in one of the most beautiful sceneries of Schleswig-Holstein, close to the Baltic Sea. After an extensive renovation in 2010, the Villa Baltica is now available as a holiday home. The Villa Baltica, recalls the architecture of a church that has three apartments on three floors. The historic-style elements (pitch pine floors, terrazzo, paneled doors, stucco ceiling) of the flats underline its historical charm. Complemented by quality amenities, the Villa Baltica is the ideal holiday accommodation for discerning families, couples and small groups throughout the year. The Villa Baltica is surrounded by a 2,000 m² garden with mature trees, which holds seating areas for each flat with garden furniture and a beach chair. The winter garden apartment occupying the entire first Floor of the Villa Baltica has two winter gardens spending a cosy atmosphere especially during spring and autumn. Furthermore, the winter garden apartment has two spacious bedrooms which are decorated in a maritime country style. The center of the 95 sqm large apartment is the spacious kitchen. Here you find a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area with English country furniture and modern consumer electronics (Smart TV, CD radio, Wi-Fi). Another highlight of this apartment is its bathroom with decorative terrazzo floor, walk-in glass shower and a bath to relax. We ourselves do not live on the spot.
