A lovely spacious modern house with partial sea views and a Tudor feel. Split over 4 floors, this house offers a comfortable homely feel. It has an office area and super fast wifi. Summer brings its own life to the house & the area, but winter, especially Christmas with an amazing fireplace it’s very special. If you are a football fan, the brighton club is close by. In light of current COVID 19, over and beyond measures taken. Has full alarm and CCTV for additional security. Relax and unwind in this lovely Tudor home. Full of charm and character. Distributed over 4 floors, the home exudes space and comfort. Summer brings its own life to the house and the area, but winter, especially Christmas with an amazing fireplace, is very special. A lovely house - home away from home. 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds, 1 bedroom with two Twin sized beds (which can be combined into a Double if preferred), 1 bedroom with one Twin sized bed. There’s also a large day bed in the lounge. Whilst the accommodation has beds for 7 guests, there are also 2 additional sofa beds in the lounge if needed. Quirky art and wooden beams throughout the house, with most bedrooms enjoying their own TV and all streaming platforms to choose from. In addition, all beds were upgraded in Summer 2021. Full fitted bathroom with both a sink-in tub and separate walk-in shower. Plus a separate guest toilet at the entry hall. The lounge has large sofas for you to sink into an open fireplace and patio doors leading into the garden. The house has big screen family TV with Sky TV and an array or streaming platforms; e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Disney Plus, etc. Throughout the house you’ve got high-speed WiFi, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a large dining room with refectory table able to sit 8 – 10 comfortably (have a little one? There’s a high chair just for them too). Need to catch up on work emails? There’s a workspace with built-in bookshelves in the open planned lounge / dining room where you can be productive. Equipped paved patio which is surrounded by neatly kept lawn that is fenced-off and secure (especially for those with dogs and wandering toddlers). Table and chairs on the patio area for dining as well as a BBQ. Travel cot, toys and highchair can all be provided upon request. Entire house including front and back garden. NOT shed and garage. Three (maybe even four ) car parking in private driveway. You can message or call me anytime for advice of what to do or any help that maybe needed. The village has local shops with everything you need. Rottingdean just 5 min drive or a lovely 30 min walk. And if you prefer buzzing brighton town or the marina, they are just down the road. Or the other way you can enjoy seven sisters and lewes. The accommodation has a large driveway, so lots of parking space. There is also a great bus service to many locations close by. - you can relax and just rest In front of real fire. - Just down the hill to rhs is downs pub, and to the Lhs shops. - Rottingdean is just 5 to 10 min drive, it’s a lovely little village and coast is right there. - As you head towards rottingdean there is a hidden park rottingdean park, opposite the cricket field, lovely walk. - Up the hill from the house is East Sussex downs, again scenic and lovely walks. - Highly recommend you going to beachy head, it’s 30 min drive. Dress up warm. On the way lots of gorgeous pubs and places to stop including seven sisters national park / forest. - The historical town of lewes is on route (ish) too. - Then of course there is brighton proper, nice shopping center, but best part to visit is the lanes, The pier & brighton beach - The Marina is amazing too, free parking and just 5 min drive from. Lots of places to eat and very picturesque. There is an Asda there too. - If you fancy spa / gym time, 5 min from you at the brighton football stadium is a health club, or david lloyd at the marina. If you feel there is anything missing that would make your stay more comfortable, please let me know. This is an old house, with all its rustic and charm, but the floorboards do creak and a kitchen drawer may stick. It’s warm, inviting, clean and full of charm.
