Studio apartment in Österlen farmhouse Grams Gård

Wonderful farmhouse situated on top of a small hill on the edge of the village of Simris. A calm and beautiful place with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and sea. Newly renovated by the architect owners offering two individually designed apartments and a cabin on an adjacent field. The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset. The studio is located on the first floor in what was originally the hay loft. It is accessed via an external staircase from the courtyard. It is one large room with a double bed, lounge area a small kitchen and dining area, bathroom. It is perfect for individuals, couples or a family with a young child. If you are planning to stay with a young child then please let us know and we will arrange for an additional bed. We, the owners, spend as much time as possible at the property where we live in a separate part of the house. When we are around we are available to help you with your stay, otherwise we are always contactable by phone and email. The location provides both proximity to amenities as well as outstanding natural beauty. A five minute bicycle ride to the sea for a swim or to the coastal town of Simrishamn and equally near to the picturesque village of Brantevik. There are beautiful walking trails, forests and miles of beaches. Travelling by car you can be in Kivik, Kåseberga or on the beach at Sandhammaren in about twenty minutes. There are local trains from Simrishamn to Ystad, Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We have bikes available to borrow there are beautiful walking trails and forest along the sea. We do however recommend a car if you want to fully explore the region of Österlen.
