The house is surprisingly quiet and the garden attracts wild birds. There is a koi pond in the front garden and views over rolling hills. Gowrie Village is central to Nottingham Road. It leads into Gowrie Farm with a lovely golf course, it borders The Junction which has shops to entertain young kids. Adults can enjoy a short drive to either Notties Pub, The Beer Fassel, Rawdons, or to one of our tempting coffee shops . The Midlands Meander showcases the talented craftsmen and women in the area. Gowrie Village is part of a security estate requiring a Code for entrance. It is patrolled by Ballad Vehicles and yet retains a feel of freedom.
