Little cottage in a large garden

Little cottage completely renovated. Living room with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. At the 1st floor, attic bedroom and bathroom. Terrace, large open garden and orchard with sheeps in front of the windows. Around : the village and Nature! On the ground floor, living room with the fireplace, 2 sofa-beds for casual use or for a child. Fully equipped kitchen: electric oven, microwave, electric cooker, Nespresso coffee machine. The cottage 1st floor is a renovated attic. In the bedroom there is a king size bed. Sink, shower and a separate toilet are also on the 1st floor. The whole garden with its apple trees and century old trees is available to the guests. We also provide you with a BBQ, rocking chairs, bikes and the wood for the fireplace. My house is just near, in the same garden. Small village in Normandy outside the tourist circuits. At 1km, grocery store-tobacco-cafe and bakery open every day (except Monday). The house, in the middle of the garden, does not have direct access by car. If you need, we will help you carry your luggages. Breteuil sur Iton : 9km Conches en Ouche : 13km The seaside at 1hour and half by car A 10€ extra for each person older than 10-years-old will be applied. For your first breakfast, we will provide you with some home made marmalade, butter, bread rolls, fruit juice and hot drinks. We also provide you with sheets and towels.
