I offer a bright and light private bedroom in the heart of Wemmel, just north of Brussels, in a modern and sunny house which has a super chilled out balcony and garden with pond that has 10 Koi fish to keep us company ! The room is preferably rented for mid term to long term rent, but rental for a week or two is also just as perfect :) We believe in house sharing. The house has 4 floors with 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The large living room with a view on the Sint Servaas Church is open to the hyper equipped kitchen with access to the sunny balcony so there is sun in the morning and the whole afternoon. The 100 square meter garden is situated south west, has a pond for Koi fish and contains a garden house which soon will be converted into an office for work from home enthusiasts. Equipments: fully equipped kitchen with 3 ovens (1 steam oven) and an induction stove and a Quooker faucet which taps directly boiling water for tea and cooled filtered carbonated water, high speed internet, 65 inch OLED TV, surround Sonos sound system, and a washing machine and a dryer. Bus stops 2 minutes away from the house. Free parking in the area. ★★★★★★ So what is this all about? ★★★★★★ ★ This is a shared-house, you will be getting a private bedroom and you share the house with the host and other tenants. The bedroom is on the second floor of the house. ★ Room is 18 squared meter and has two large windows. Soon there will be a luxury shower cabin (with turkish steam bath) installed in the bedroom, so shower and wash basin will be completely private. ★ Internet connection: the fastest. ★ A very comfortable double bed (120x200cm). ★ Clean bathroom and toilet on the same floor (shared). ★ Washing machine and a dryer for free. I believe in the concept of house-sharing and I have done it for the past years hundreds of times, as a guest and as a host. I like to live comfortably so I invest in quality materials and furnitures. And the final thing: I would like to make your stay in my home a good experience for both of us.
