Beautiful room in a flat. Recently refurbished and in a quiet neighbourhood. Bright light and contemporary within a minutes walk to Ewell West station and near A3 motorway. Room can take two guests for couples at an extra cost of £20 The Space - The bedrooms are roomy and have ample space for storage. The bathroom is private with a separate shower. The property is within walking distance to Epsom city centre and 5-10 mins on the bus. Bus routes to Surbiton, Kingston and close to A3 which leads to ring road M25. London is less than an 1hr drive or via train Parking is available only if requested. Guests enter via main entrance and will have access to privately booked room only. Guests bathroom is in the privately booked room. Main kitchen is for private use. long stay guests may have minimal use and if so Kitchen is open from 8am till 6pm. Washing machine and dryer only available for long staying guests and at £3 per load. Any additional needs available upon request. I will be always available and reachable on my phone for any queries guests may have at any point. The Place is on a quiet road minutes from local amenities such as Sainburys, Co-op, Tescos and local Italian, Chinese and Indian takeaways Easy access to public transport within a one minute walk to main line station for routes to London. All local amenities are within a 5 minute walk.
