We offer a double , brand new bedroom in our family home in a very quiet area of Penicuik. Perfect starting point for exploring Edinburgh or the country side as we offer free parking with bus stop on the door step. Roslin Chapel is just a 10 min.drive away, so are the Pentland Hills with unlimited walks and hiking opportunities. We have a big garden plus a huge grass area in front of our house and happily host kids or dogs or both. Very quiet residential area so a garanteed good night sleep. Very bright, brand new double bedroom with en suite. You will also find a fridge, kettle and microwave along with a tea and coffee tray. You have your own entrance door, decking for a a morning cuppa in the sun and access to the garden. Please be aware that check in has to be after 5pm , if you need to check in earlier please contact me in advance, thank you 😊 Free to use the kitchen to cook , but it would be much appreciated if you would let me know in advance. I work as a baker therefore leave the house early in the morning. You can can contact me through Aitbnb or call me anytime if problems arise. There is lots of free parking if you have a car and bus stops very close if you are using public transport. Buses into Edinburgh run day and night , you can also easily get a bus to go all the way down into the borders. We are a family and pet friendly, safe neighbourhood , all local amenities like supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways , pharmacy etc are in walking or very short driving distance . Please be aware that usually check in has to be after 5pm. Please double check in advance should that interfere with your travel plans.
