Bay Shore's Private Guest Suite

1-bedroom/1-queen bathroom/1-living room private guest suite. A short walk from LIRR (NYC) and a stone's throw away from the Fire Island Ferries. Walking distance to the lively town of Bay Shore filled with restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. If the ferries aren't your scene we are a 10 minute drive to Robert Moses beach. Come see what Bay Shore has to offer! This space is all about the location! We are so close to the Fire Island Ferries that you can see them from your private entrance. In this private guest suite you get 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a living room. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed (soft bed), a chair, and a TV. The living room has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast table, TV, and two couches. None of the couches are pull out couches. We have a roll away cot available upon request. We provide a parking space in our driveway, if needed. With 2 small dogs in the main house we ask that you don't use the backyard. They have a tendency to DASH. We will be available via text and will be staying in the main part of the house. We are about a 10-15 min walk from the Bay Shore Train Station (LIRR). We provide one parking space in our driveway, if you have more than one car there are parking lots at the top and bottom of the street that are metered.
