Tudor Barn Family Size Room, Ensuite, incl B/fast

Situated in the beautiful village of Broom, just 15 minutes from Stratford upon Avon, our home is a unique combination of 18th and 16th century barn conversions lovingly restored in the 1980's into one unique home. You’ll love our place because of the friendly hosts, character of the property, outdoor space, and home from home feeling. The spacious family size room is good for couples, solo & business travellers. Pets are welcome. For larger groups we also have additional ensuite rooms available This room can also be used as a family room upon request (two adults / two children), but is also ideal for the solo & business traveller as there is a full size fridge, office space with a full desk, wifi and executive chair. There are views to the front and rear of the barn overlooking the lovely garden. We have ample storage space for clothes etc and the en-suite houses both a shower and a bath. Bottled water, tea and coffee are available in the room. Continental breakfast is available on weekdays, with traditional full cooked breakfast being served at weekends. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements. Full use of kitchen / dining facilities are available upon request, also the washing machine & dryer are on hand if needed. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden and patio areas (where smoking is permitted) My Husband and I are always happy to assist you with any way we can, we are very friendly! Subject to availability, we may be able to collect guests from the local railway stations (Stratford upon Avon & Evesham) Our Neighbourhood is extremely quiet but friendly so, if you take a walk around the village, you will no doubt be welcomed! We are lucky enough to live next door to the Broom Hall Inn, a great family pub and restaurant famous across the region for top class steaks. Just 5 minutes walk through the village is another great eatery and village pub, the Broom Tavern, serving delicious food with weekly specials and themed menus. We are 20 minutes walk to the local bus service.
