The property also has a kitchen with breakfast area, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room, a drawing room, a first floor snooker room with bar, fridge, seating area and two rooms with basins and WCs, a gym with equipment, a changing room with shower room, a sauna and a shared, heated, indoor pool and Jacuzzi pool. The property also has an annexe with two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking, lawned gardens, two patios, a waterfall pond, furniture, a barbecue, four acres of woodland, a tennis court and table tennis.
