Closer to nature, hanging on the Caroux, at the foot of the Heric gorges, the stone house and wooden frame is freshly renovated with taste, in a nice mixture of traditional and modern. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, with a small swimming pool, terraces and a pergola, the house is my main home. It is warm and you will find all the facilities and comfort you need for a wonderful stay. An independent studio in the 40m2 garden, very bright, air-conditioned, is a real plus for everyone's comfort. Welcome to La Coste. On the ground floor, you will find: - A nice bright living room, open onto the garden, equipped with a sofa, with TV - A spacious dining room open onto the fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher) - A toilet and sink (washing machine) .. Upstairs, the house has: - A stage - 1 bedroom with a 160 bed - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed - A bathroom / toilet The studio - A 140 bed - 1 sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people - 1 shower room - 1 kitchen area The house is equipped with Internet either by cable in all rooms, or by Wifi. In the garden, you will find a large covered space / terrace to protect you from the sun, or from a sudden storm, equipped with a teak garden furniture. The most of this property is its geographical location and its garden ... Calm and tranquility lulled by the song of birds, and for early birds, the chance to surprise may be, a sheep ... An important element: This house is where I live the rest of the year. I have renovated it with care, and I leave it of course with certain things, books and objects, which I will be happy to share with you. Obviously, I expect my hosts to respect the place and its content. La Coste is a hamlet in the commune of Mons. Clinging to Caroux, at the foot of the Heric gorges, its location is exceptional. Ideal departure for magnificent hikes, or swimming in the gorges (8 minutes walk). For the more athletic, the base of Canoe awaits you at 5mn, the various climbing routes equipped in the Caroux, as well as at 5mn, the green slope which joins Bédarieux to Mazamet (25km). A little further, Carcassonne, Beziers, Narbonne, Cap d'Agde ... and the sea ... A perfect region for a successful holiday in the south of France!
