A spacious private bed room that offers a great view of river and hill in the middle of a national reserve, just over an hour north of Berlin. The Riverside Inn is a unique country retreat. We nice and cozy guest rooms and a warm hearted service in the middle of two nature parks. We are located directly at the waterfront and in the forest - so your place to relax and experience real hospitality is exactly here. Besides the private bedroom with a private bathroom the guests can access the common room, breakfast room, the garden, water front and the terrace. The Riverside Inn team is there for you in case you need anything. The pub is open daily (kitchen closed on Mondays) and in the summer guests will be served at the cozy beer garden at the riverside. Teufelsberg is a small community on the banks of Lake Oderberg. In winter less than a dozen people live here, in summer less than 80. Lake Oderberg, the Finow river and the Odra river on the one side as well as the vast forests of Parstein to the north make the neighbourhood feel like you are really away from all the stress things in life. By bus it takes you 15 minutes to Oderberg downtown (2500 people) or 30 minutes to the county capital Eberswalde (42.000 people). Find Bus connection with Bus 916 from Oderberg, Teufelsberg to Oderberg or Eberswalde. The station is an eight minutes walk from the guest house. Bus services run every hour each direction on weekdays and three times a day (10 am, 1 pm, 4 pm) on weekends. Better service from Liepe (20 min walk). Alternatively we pick you up at Niederfinow train station, where the is a service every hour to Eberswalde / Berlin and Wriezen / Frankfurt respectively. Travel time to Berlin Ostkreuz or Hbf is apprx. 80 minutes. You will be astonished by the stars in the sky that you miss in the city. As well by the silence and the gentle sound of water and forest. That you do not loose touch with the outside world is garanteed by stable WiFi that extends right to the waterfront.
