Attractive barn conversion set in a quiet rural location. You’ll love this recently updated property with it’s idyllic countryside views, excellent road links and ample off-road parking. The house has it’s own private access off a shared courtyard with parking adjacent to the property. The front door leads into a spacious and well appointed kitchen which then leads into the living room where you can enjoy the views over the Staffordshire countryside. There is also a downstairs w/c. Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and storage for clothing. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. Basic toiletries will be provided. To the rear of the property there is a large garden with patio area. Upon arrival you will find tea, coffee and milk available for your refreshment. Your hosts live across the courtyard and will be available throughout the duration of your stay. It is just a 5 minute walk into the local village where shops, pubs and a pharmacy are located. Within 20-25 minutes drive: Alton Towers, JCB, Trentham Gardens, Uttoxeter Racecourse, the historic Potteries, Pugin’s Gem (Cheadle), Leek. An excellent base to explore the Peak District and nearby Cannock Chase (40 minutes drive approx). Excellent road links to the A50. Local bus services run from road near to property (timetables provided) Taxi services also run locally
