- fancy 2 room apartment - 60 m² living space + balcony - industrial design - in view of Ludwigsburg residential Palace and next to Baroque Gardens - central position, good transport connection - queensize bed+ very big couch suitable for up to 3 guests - clean, high quality design appartment - arranged in Industrial/Vintage design - towels are abundant - all rooms - I am always available in case you would need something ( SMS,e-mail,phone ) - very good transport connection - within spitting distance to the bus station (2 min.) - shopping mall "Marstall Center" (5 min.) - withing walking distance to the city centre(10min.)/main station(15min.) - For safety reasons I do only provide one house key - As usual in Vintage style the bathtub is a bit older and therefore has customary traces - There can also be authentic scratches on the walls - The queen size bed has the dimensions (140 * 200) - Please note my cancellation policy. - In the case of a cancellation on the part of the guest I will only refund the (from airbnb) declared sum. (not any more). Please make sure of this fact before booking my apartment!
