The Double Room is fitted with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe (with small drawer unit inside), bed-side table with lamp, large chest of drawers and a further drawer/storage unit and also a flat-screen smart TV. A small kettle with consumables are provided in the room and there is also a large mirror on the wall. The en-suite comprises a shower, basin (with built-in/recessed vanity unit and mirror above) and toilet. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen and dining area at the property. The kitchen with gas hob, extractor over, electric oven, free standing fridge freezers, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, kettle, toaster and kitchen crockery, silverware and some utensils. The dining room with large dining table with chairs, sofa and further flat screen TV and mirror on the walls. The rear garden with decking area is accessible from both the kitchen and dining area.
