At one hour from Lyon and 30 minutes from St Etienne, is the village of St Pal De Mons, it is in Lichemialle, a hamlet in the countryside that is "La ferme de Biel". On a fully enclosed and secure plot of 1500m², this old renovated farmhouse will be the ideal place for peaceful family holidays or for a "teleworking" stay. On-site activities: whether on foot or by bike, discover the many hiking trails... Activity a few minutes away by car: discovery of the Château de Rochebaron, or the Lavalette dam and its nautical base, the domain of Meygal. And a little further still, you will take pleasure in discovering the magnificent town of Puy en Velay and its many buildings classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. This old renovated farm is organized on three levels: - The ground floor consists of a living space dedicated to the living room and the kitchen and organized around a fireplace. A bathroom with WC completes this level. - The first floor is composed of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a bedroom fully equipped for the reception of babies: crib, changing table, park, young parents will find in this cottage the necessary equipment for young children . - Finally, the top floor is composed of a "TV" lounge and a last bedroom equipped with a 90 cm bed and a desk allowing a place dedicated to teleworking.
