My place is close to public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I only accept reservations from guests who have provided a photo and who have been reviewed by other hosts. Family home with just one occupant. Double or single rooms with very comfy beds. there is one shared bathroom. Guests can use the kitchen, dining room and utility room and the garden in good weather. My house is right next to a lovely park which is home to the concrete cows, and 5 mins from a municipal golf course. Pubs, restaurants, cinema, ski slope, water skiing, airkix are all within 4 miles, with good public transport or easy car parking. There are many taxi companies, details given on request.
