Distillery Farm House

Clermont is the place to kick off your Hudson Valley visit. Our spacious 4 bedroom renovated 19th century farmhouse sits on our 10 acre farm distillery. We are 20 minutes from Hudson to the North and Rhinebeck to the South, 10 minutes from Red Hook or Tivoli/Bard College, and 1 hour to the slopes. If sampling the Hudson Valley's beer, cider, wine and spirits is on your list of things to do, this is the place for you. 2 wineries, 1 cidery, and 1 brewery are within 5 miles of us. We are an operating distillery. You can stay just steps away from our tasting room and cocktail bar and spread out on our 10 acre property. You will find the house cozy and comfortable yet there is plenty of room for you and your friends/family to spread out and enjoy the space it has to offer. There are 3 full baths including a large soaking tub inviting you to "soak away your troubles." The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your meals in house or equipped to help you enjoy some local take out. Our home was built in 1820, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina both inside and outside. The private driveway, entire house, and surrounding yard. You are also free to explore the 10 acres of Distillery grounds. ** Please note the private driveway is for guest use however, there may be occasion when we ask you to move your vehicle for a short amount of time if a delivery is in process or an owner may use the driveway to drop items to the distillery. Owners are on the property 9-5 weekdays and operating hours on weekends if needed, but guests enjoy their privacy with the separate house. *May need temp use of driveway on occasion. 20 minutes from Hudson to the North and Rhinebeck to the South. 10 minutes from Tivoli/Bard College and quaint Red Hook. 300 yards from Tousey Winery and two miles from Suarez Family Brewery. We are about halfway in between Hudson and Rhinecliff train stations. 45 minutes from Poughkeepsie MTA. Uber and Lift have limited availability but are here, as well as local taxi services. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time. Rental cars available in Kingston. There is a growing number of van and limo services available as well. It is a working Distillery open to the public on the weekends but you do have your own private drive. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a $50 per dog fee. We are a smoke free house. One bathroom on main floor All bedrooms upstairs. Firepit is on Distillery grounds and guests are welcome to use it privately outside of operating hours.
