Apartment in beautiful Crete

Comfortable apartement in Karoti Pano number 8. The apartment is situated on the North coast of Crete, between Chania and Rethymnon. The distance to Rethymnon is about 15 km and to Chania about 50 km. The long beautiful sandy beach is only 2 km away. There is a large private patio outside the apartment surrounded by beautiful flowers. The common area is consisting of a nice 140 m2 swimming pool with a pool for children. We do have an official short term rental license for the apartment. Episkopi village is situated only 1 km away. Here you may find a bakery, super markets, taverns, pharmacy and gas stations. The appartement is consisting of an airy open kitchen livingroom area. The kitchen is fully eqipped and there is also a double sleepingcoach in the livingarea. Two big balconydoors are leading out to the spacious patio/balconyarea with a large table and a large sun umbrella where is room for 6 persons to be enjoying nice meals. In addition there is a stonebenchcoach to relax and to enjoy the outdoorarea. On the second floor there is a bedroom with aircondition and a large mezzanine that is suitable as a second bedroom. The mezzanin is a open room with no doors consisting of two single beds and a bed for children. Both rooms are situated next to a large nice bathroom with a shower and a washingmachine. There is also a iron and a iron board to your conveniance Bedlinen and towels are included. The final cleaning is required and will be in addition to the rent. We do have a contactperson living in the area, that is always avaliable to your service. Karoti village is a small, nice and traditional village with a charming atmosphere consisting of a taverna and two kafeneons. There is a nice bakery with fresh bread not far from the apartement. The village is part of beautiful green surroundings with rich animal life. It is recommended to rent a car to easy get around. It does not take more than 15 minutes to get to either Rethyymno, Agropoli or Gregopoli. From a historical perspective we would also recommend you to be going to Elleftherna that is a new museum about the Minoan culture. This museum is situated on the east side of Rethymno, and it does not take more than 30 minutes to get there by car.
