Traditional woodenheated sauna with a small beach located at the seashore. Several bicycles, 2 kayaks free to borrow. On the island you also find a tenniscourt, several walking and runningtrails. Fresh water lake "Maren" is located 10 minutes from our house. Its a great spot for swimming as the water is always much warmer than the sea and very child-friendly. The house is located 35 minutes by car from Stockholm City center and 10 minutes by passenger boat from Vaxholm. We recommend you to make 1-day excursions to the outer archipelago, the archipelago town of Vaxholm and Stockholm. All easy access with passengerboat 10 minutes by foot from our house. Free Wi-Fi. Passenger boat runs frequently to Stockholm (45 min) and Vaxholm, a picturesque fishing village( 7 min) Countryside location but still so near downtown Stockholm!
