Small-Town Home, Entire House

Quaint and quiet home in a small country town. To relax, take a stroll around the property and feel one with nature. There are many local attractions. Dogs are welcome (with Pet Fee of $25 per pet), however we must be notified UPON booking. Unfortunately, because of allergies, cats are not allowed. Early check in or check out is available for $50 each. Entire home (1600 sq feet) on 2.5 acres located on a small, quiet street. 45 minutes from Orange Beach/Gulf Shores 10 minutes from the Eastern Shore Center in Malbis 20 minutes from Daphne/Fairhope 25 minutes from downtown Mobile 15 minutes from Buc-ees! 5 min to the interstate. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, including everything needed to cook your own meals, as well as the laundry room. Dining room, living room, and back yard are all yours. Check in and Check out times are flexible when there aren't other guests leaving or coming during your arrival and leave. Feel free to ask. I am always just a phone call away. Settled on 2.5 acres, at the end of a very small street. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I ask that outside noise levels be kept normal, for the sake of my neighbors. Being just 5 minutes away from I-10 access, the location also offers several options for entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and scenery: 10 minutes from the Eastern Shore Center in Malbis; 20 minutes from Daphne; 25 minutes from downtown Mobile; 45 minutes from Orange Beach/Gulf Shores; and 20 minutes from Fairhope (a city well known for it's charm and beauty). Please note, 8 guests is the absolute maximum allowed to stay overnight (this is verified by security cameras). There is a tiny home on the property that has permanent tenants (they are also my cleaning crew). It is detached, and there is plenty of separation and privacy between the homes. Dogs are welcome, however I must be notified upon booking, and pet fee of $40 per pet must be paid before arrival. Unfortunately, because of my allergies, I am unable to accept cats.
