"The Melody Haz", located in Poroszlo on the edge of the village at +/- 1 km from the lake, the supermarket and several restaurants, has a large landscaped garden with play lawn and 2 covered terraces, one with jacuzzi. The house includes a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with wide sliding door to one of the covered terraces. The kitchen is equipped with combi freezer fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and mixer. The master bedroom with large double bed (1.80 x 2. 00 m) is located at the front of the house and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom is located on the other side of the living room and has direct access to the garden and the 2nd terrace with Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. This bedroom has 2 single beds and a box bed for 1 person. A folding cot and high chair are available. A second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet is accessible from the living room. Washing machine and ironing equipment available. There is TV with DVD player and connection via TV-Vlaanderen + free WIFI. Two bicycles + 2 children's bikes are at the disposal of our guests as well as Dutch + German books, DVDs, children's toys and board games. Both the garden and the jacuzzi are regularly maintained by our gardener. To be paid locally: - final cleaning 50 euros; - bed and kitchen linen: 8 euros per person; - tourist tax: 1 euro per adult per night. Bring your own: bath linen and beach towels. The house is rented from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 16.00, departure time before 11.00. Rent of bed and kitchen linen is 8 € per person, per change (mandatory) to be paid locally. Final cleaning: 50 euros, payable locally. Tourist tax: 1 euro / per day / per adult, payable locally. When the house is booked, a confirmation of the reservation and a signed rental agreement will be sent. You must return this agreement signed and transfer the deposit (25%). The remaining amount (75%) must be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure. If you cancel the holiday, regardless of the reason, the owners will withhold the already paid down payment of 25%. If you have already paid the full amount, 75% of the rent will be refunded. If canceled within the period of 6 weeks before the start of the rental period no amount will be refunded. The owners assume that you take the risks of cancellation for your own account. You must also have legal liability insurance that is valid during the rental period.
