Beautiful 2 bed cottage on a country estate

The Cottage is part of Bracon Hall Estate. A 400 acre farm south of the Cathedral City Norwich. The 2 bed cottage was completely renovated in the summer of 2020 and provides luxury accommodation in a unique, quiet and historic setting. It is over a private courtyard from the main hall. Here you can be surrounded by nature and wildlife and escape any stresses and strains of busy lives. There are extensive walks and bike rides on our door step as well as a great selection of local cuisine. The cottage is set up to cater to your every need. There is a spacious kitchen that leads onto a generous conservatory and private garden. A wrap around patio and comfortable seating area provide a picturesque spot to enjo (Website hidden by Airbnb) whilst looking out onto the extensive woodland and Grade 2 listed walled garden. The luxury sitting room has a wood burner and the most comfortable velvet sofa you have ever sat on! In the downstairs bathroom you can kick back and soak away the day in the roll top bath surrounded by candles and lavender. The hand made Spanish Terrazzo tiles providing an elegant backdrop. Upstairs there are two lovely bedrooms, each with bespoke oversized headboards and luxury linen. They have uninterrupted views of the walled garden and the grounds. The beds are kingsize but can be divided into two small singles upon request. We live in the main Hall which is situated over the courtyard from the cottage. We will hopefully be here to greet you (depending on the time of arrival) but will keep out of your hair during your stay, unless help is needed! We are 10 minutes from the Cathedral City of Norwich and 15 minutes from the Norfolk Broads. Further afield, our nearest beach is 40 minutes. Nearby our nearest village is Mulbarton which has a small supermarket and chemist. The next door farm is also within the family and has a delicious farm shop and butcher and fishmonger on selected days. They also have an award winning vineyard that offers wine tasting tours in the summer months. Our nearest trains stations are Norwich and Wymondham which have links to London and Cambridge. Nearest airports are Norwich and Stansted. Please note that the cottage is a renovated section of the outbuildings of the main hall and is situated across two enclosed courtyards from the main Hall. It is very private but is part of the greater estate. One of the beauties of living on the farm is that we are totally surrounded by farm land and have complete privacy. There are free range chickens, you may also see dear in your garden as well as lots of birds. You may also get a few bugs and flies in the hottest months....
