DuneRoamin' - a first floor flat in Sea Palling NR12 - has it all: miles of unspoilt beach and dunes on its doorstep plus all you need for a lovely family or watersport based holiday - a chip shop, a cafe, a watersports' shop, amusements, a playground for the kids and a pub for you! Completely renovated for the season with a new kitchen, bathroom and beds and its own parking space. Close to the seal breeding grounds at Horsey, and equidistant from Norwich and Great Yarmouth. Ask us about pets! Open the front door to see the beach ramp to the right, in front of you. The beach is just as good in the Autumn and Winter evenings when the sun is setting as in the Summer with a bucket and spade. Please note there is no sea view from the flat itself, but views of the village and the dunes. All We know that many guests want to have a break away and not be bothered by interaction and so we will not get in touch. However, we are only a few miles away and you should feel free to contact us if we can help with anything. Sea Palling is a cheerful, old fashioned beach village with amenities close to hand. These include: a cafe, a fish and chip shop, an amusement arcade, a pub, a childrens' playground, an ice cream kiosk, a beach supplies stand, a beach sports and a gifts' shop, a Post Office and a small supermarket. There is a larger TESCO at approximately 4 miles' distant in Stalham. Mike will take your jetskis and sailing boats on and off the beach and Emma will serve you ice cream from the dedicated kiosk. Twitchers will appreciate the RSPB reserve being close by (the Lesser Tern has made itself at home there); marine mammal enthusiasts, that Horsey Gap is so close; Waxham Barn; Horsey Windpump and Poppylands' dog friendly 1940s Tea Rooms is at Winterton on Sea. All that plus a Blue Flag beach which is special, whatever the weather - we defy you not to have a great time :) Dune Roamin' is normally very quiet bit be aware that, in high season, Sea Palling is a family resort and you may be aware of some noise from the fish shop and the nearby amusement arcade. ENHANCED CLEANING We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights. We: - sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob - use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists - provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Please note that air drying with sanitisation spray is recommended so you may find 'watermarks' - this is a sign of proper, not improper, cleaning precedure :) There is no exterior light at the top of the flats so your phone torch might be useful if it gets dark.
