House Vidamo -family property with a swimming pool

Our house is located in a village, contains 2 separate units. It's located 22 km from the city of Šibenik, 12km from Vodice and closest beach. Outdoor,guests can enjoy BBQ and swimming pool that belongs only to the guest house, with peaceful, relaxed vibes of the village lifestyle.Air-conditioning is available in the whole house. As a part of the yard, there is a parking space for 3 cars. House is easily reachable from the highway. It's a ground floor house without steps, suitable for 6 persons and a baby. There are 2 separate units, with its own master bedrooms and en suite bathrooms and kitchen. House is perfect for two couples with children. As it's a newly constructed and well isolated, in the middle of the summer, you won't need the air-conditioning. There is a large yard with a swimming pool, garden and a grill. The swimming pool is 10m long and 4m wide and is exclusively for the guests that rent the house. Whole house, pool area, parking lot and garden are made for the guests On the property there are 2 houses. One is used by my older parents and the other is available for the guests. Complete privacy is guaranteed to the guests. I'm not going to be in Cista Mala all the time but there are my friends who help me do all communication before and during guests stay so they really don't lack anything. The village of Cista Mala is not a touristy area which guarantees truly relaxed environment and authenticity. Everything is near here and peace is guaranteed. In the village you can get fresh and organic food, vegetables, cheese, olive oil and vine from the local farmers. This is the Dalmatian hinterland so you will need a car to get around here. The whole region is full of diverse tourist attractions including numerous beaches, villages, towns or national parks of nature easily reachable with just 10-30 minutes drive.
