The home is fully furnished with a clean country feel and surrounded by working horse and cow farms . As a farm experience, you’ll have a potential opportunity depending on your season to pick your own vegetables from your own backyard; tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, etc. Fresh farm eggs are also available for purchase at the farm next door. The fully equipped kitchen includes dual ovens, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, air fryer, microwave, coffee machines for espresso and regular coffee and all the essentials. The living room has a big screen TV, huge fireplace and comfortable seating. There is plenty of parking space available in the drive away (fit up to 4 cars) Guests have access to the entire home excluding the garage and the basement. Available via text for any questions you may have. A charming country gravel road leads you to the property which offers you a private escape. Surrounded by a meticulously landscaped gardens and two working farms you'll be able to experience the country life like a local. Located in the heart of Philomont, a historical area within Loudoun county. The gravel road leads to a hundred year old General Store and is a nice morning walk. Downtown Purcellville is a 10 minute drive and has 3 supermarkets. One hour from Washington, DC. There is no public transportation nearby. Uber/Lyft is available however they are not as quick and reliable as in the city. The house is located in a very quaint neighborhood and we don’t allow parties. Quiet time after 10 pm. Due to Covid-19 we are taking extreme precautions before and after your stay and kindly ask you not to wear your shoes inside the house. We may charge you additional cleaning fee if shoes are worn in the house. Please make sure your entire group reeds the house rules under House Manual and know and agree with them. We are very strict and don’t deviate from them.
