Everything else is accessible (including the laundry room). Pool is accessible to guests when it opens Our property manager is available and on-call as needed during your stay. We are also both accessible over text, phone, email, and the AirBnB site and will respond as fast as we can. The property is 10-20 minutes away from skiing at Belleayre or Plattekill, hiking, swimming, outdoor activity spots, restaurants, and the towns of Roxbury, Margaretville, Andes, and Fleischmanns. A car is needed to get around. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU PLAN ON BRINGING A PET. There is no cell service at our property. We recommend enabling Call-Over-WiFi on your cellphone when connected to our WiFi. As a backup, we also have a house phone you can use freely. --- Careful of leaving garbage outside too long (animals are attracted...yay mountains!). Be mindful and respectful of the wildlife you may encounter up there as well. --- Summertime: Bugs are out and that includes ticks! Please take precautions. Bring bug spray, citronella and keep doors closed.
